Well Cade Graduated from Preschool today! He was having a hard time, I don't know if he was being shy or what, so he didn't walk as they would call it, he stood behind the stage and cried. That is just not like him, but Ms. Nikkii went ahead with out him and he still got his diploma. He has learned so much from her and being in her class. He has also made some really great friends. His favorite buddies are Taden and Paige. Taden and Cade are already planning their first sleep over, they are the youngers in the family so they don't understand why they can't have one yet. But when they do I'm telling ya, they are probably going to stay up all night because they are going to be so excited!! It is so wonderful that they can make friends at this age and have such a good time with each other. What a wonderful day it was for Cade and all his preschool friends to graduate together. When Ms. Nikkii was reading their little spot lights of each kid, she came to Cade's and she asked him who he wanted to be when he grew up and he said Tony Hawk, Cade really thinks he is going to be this pro-skater and it cracks me up. Thanks Colton and Conner for doing that to your little brother. But anyway it was a great day and a big thank you to Ms. Nikkii and all her creative work and time with our kids. It really paid off that is for sure.

Running for the Border!!!
Hilarious Story, I have to share. I was walking home today , and it was kind of far from home. And I didn't have a ride so I called Conner and asked if he could meet me and walk home with me, so I don't have to be alone. I am so afraid of being attacked by a dog, so what do I do call my kids and have them be my safety net and hello put there life in danger in case a dog comes along!! I am not a very smart mom sometimes. Anyway back to my story, so I call Conner and he totally comes to walk with me and we decide it would be faster if we hop over the wall to our backyard. Well two things one I haven't hopped over a wall in about 15 years and two I am wearing a skirt. So lets figure this out here. Conner suggested that he would help me over the wall, and this is where I started to laugh out loud! Well then I said maybe you could hop over the wall first and go get me a pair of shorts and then I will put those on and make my wall hopping a little more modest. So he got me a pair of shorts alright, hello Ben's shorts! I was laughing even harder at this point. So anyway I put them on and then here is the real challenge of trying to get my big booty over this wall. I felt so illegal!! But anyway Conner helped me over detail by detail of where my legs were supposed to go and where my hands were supposed to go and before you know it I was over the wall in approximately 10 min. That was pretty good and I didn't even get a scratch or anything. Conner was my hero and he didn't even laugh at me, thanks Conner for helping me cross the border!!! All in all I don't know if I really saved time by hopping the fence that took so long or just walking all the way around! But hopping the fence was a little more living on the edge I do have to say!!

I know close your mouths!
Yes I am making a blog! I have so many good people around me and so many fun laughs to not share them. First of all we took a little trip up north this weekand and it was the fun of all funs! I have pictures coming so be patient with me. Me, Ben and our kids, Brian and Dorothy and their kids and Cami and Jera were all there and we had a good time learning how to jump for a picture, swimming in a nice heated pool when it is snowing outside, and having an awesome snowball fight- but I don't like Conner's snowballs they hurt!! Well it was Conner and Caitlin's first time snowboarding and they are stinkin naturals, I admire people that can just do things the first time and just do it!! I just think I want to be able to try things once and be good at it, but it is so hard!!! (hello wakeboarding!) But the kids had such a good time, but they are so soar today. And Cade thinks that he needs to learn how to snowboard when he is 6. He was so bummed that he didn't get to learn and go out there with Conner and Colton. Maybe someday Cade, it can happen, as soon as you can not cry because you are in the snow for more than an hour! It was so funny when we were coming home Cade said that he had an Ear Confection, you know how your ears pop and we adults don't even think about it we just yawn, chew gum or do like I do and plug my nose and blow out my eardrum (I know that's bad!!) But anyway Cade was freaking out and he couldn't yawn and the chewing of the gum wasn't working either. So we told him to take a nap and that it would go away, but he didn't seem to buy that. But anyway he just kept saying that his ear confection isn't going away, we were cracking up so hard. His ears finally popped and then he was happy! Then we got to visit our cousins, The Jones's! What an awesome family and they are always so welcoming. What a great time , with great people! Thanks for the fun! Well I have more to blog about but a different subject, so stay tuned!!

Camryn's Favorite T.V. Channel

Well this was quite depressing but kind of funny too!! This morning I was getting ready for church and Camryn came and sat down waiting patiently for me to do her hair. She preceeded to tell me that I was going to be her favorite channel in two weeks, and I asked her what she meant by that, and she said that my birthday is coming up in two weeks and that I am turning 37 , her favorite T.V. Channel (Nickelodeon). I was laughing so hard. I said you are right I am going to be 37 and this will be a magic Nickelodeon of a Birthday!!! That means that I need to have Spongebob plates, and Drake and Josh Balloons, and Jimmy Neutron goodie bags. It's all about Channel 37, so hang on people its going to be rockin!!

The Beginning of Sponge Town
I think I have the best people in my life, they are all meant to be. I live in this neighborhood that I can't even explain - we have so much fun, and kids have so much fun. They have this little retention area that they play in all day and everyday. They have so much fun with the whole neighbor gang and the funny thing is that they named it.........."Sponge Town". We are going to have a little(which will probably turn out to be big!) block party on Friday and we are going to block off the street, bring out the fire pit, eat tons of food, and enjoy our laughing guts!!! I can't wait it is what life is all about! Every day after school the kids go to sponge town and play for a couple of hours and then we call them in and clean them up, they have never taken so many baths since we have moved into this neighborhood, I love it!! And then they do the same thing all over again the next day. They never get tired of it or the kiddos! They get along so well with each other. The other day Cade decided to go to Sponge Town in an orange shirt, cowboy boots, a purple pimp hat(halloween costume), and blue shorts, he was ready and didn't care about what he looked like! It was the funniest thing ever. I am so glad for sponge town , my kid's friends, and my neighborhood!

Shark Attack Week
This week at the kid's school is Shark Attack Week!! It is so fun for them, I will add some pictures later, but they had Hammerhead Hawaiian Day, Today is Dolphin Doo's for crazy hair day, tomorrow is Fish Friends Day for Twin Day, and tomorrow is Silly Starfish Sock Day, and then Friday is Shark Spirit Day where you wear the school colors!!! The kids really enjoy being crazy and having a good time. Conner left the house this morning with a mohawk and it was probably 4 different colors. And the funny thing is, is that he didn't even care what he looked like! We also have a shark spirit store at school and they are selling, water bottles, shark tooth necklaces, shark stuffed animals and things like that. It is so cool to be Chaparral Sharks, what a cool mascot. Sharks Rule, even though they scare me to death!!

Life is Great!!
Sometimes do you just sit and wonder what life would be like if you made a different choice. I think we all do that at least once in our lifetime(I might more than others). But then you see in futuristic movies that you can make a different choice and it totally makes the whole entire movie a different picture to watch. Is that something that I would like to jeapordize, I don't think so. I want to have my same bff's, I want my children to be who they are, I want to have my callings in life, and I wouldn't change anything about my family, they rock!!
Sometimes life can just be hard and sometimes you think what can happen next, but in all honesty it is all about how you handle it. This world is a crazy one, and there are so many things that can make or break you. I just have decided not to be broken.
There is a song I love and it pretty much says it all........
Never had an ordinary day
Never lived your life in an ordinary way
For everything you loved you paid a price
But you couldn’t let the world see you cry
Never had a moment of peace
Never felt the sunlight when the worries set you free
Every time your life turned a page
It seemed like your heart might break
With the world on your shoulders
When the nights had grown colder
You seemed to weather every storm
With a queen’s grace
I’m sure the angels stood in reverence as you prayed
How much can one heart take
It is so true, how much can one heart take, well apparently my heart is pretty strong and I think I can give one darn good transplant when I am gone from this earth. Can I just tell you that I love my testimony, that is the most wonderful thing a person can have. I think it is the band-aid on my ouchies(mama talk). I am not going to be broken!!

Ward Campout

I am a little late on writing about our Ward Campout!! But there is the funniest story that I couldn't keep to myself!! I have got to share this with you all. There were quite a few funny stories, but I will just tell this one. A group of people in the ward were gathered around and Cade was asked when his birthday was and how old he was, so he proceeded to tell that his birthday was 2007 and that he was 4 but he looks like he is 6!! I just about lost it, I was laughing so hard!! He is a character and his funny little playmate Paige is the exact amount of funnyness!!!They were cracking everyone up at Camp. This is a picture where they were told to do a cheer or something funny for the camera and Cade turns to Paige and says lets do the Cowboy, so they got there lasso's ready and turned in circles and did the cowboy!! I love little kids and there sense of humors!! It really make my day.
This was the gang of the Teenage Mutant Ninjas, with a litte dollop of Cami D.!! They had alot of fun, being crazy, sleeping out under the stars, and catching snakes!!
Now here are two perfect little girls playing and having a great time. They were the cool Second Graders!! They loved to be imaginative and having a good time.
And then there are the two trouble makers!! What a great friend I have, I am so lucky to be blessed with someone that I can laugh with, chill with (whenever, and I mean that), she understands me, she is there for me, and most of all the whole family is the perfect package!! I love them all. Thanks for being a Great friend!!

Is there a Dr. in the house!!!

Well now here is a story for ya!!! My wonderful, awesome, friends in the world who I could never live without......... The Betz Family!! They rock and boy do they know how to play a pranksta Joke!! The whole family came over last week, and Jess came inside and had the look of death on her face. She told me that there had been an accident and that it had to do with Conner. He was skateboarding and fell and broke his arm. And he was standing there with a broken arm and a bandage on his head. I was freaking out, I felt so bad for Conner. But he looked like he was dealing with the pain fairly well. Well then they proceeded to tell me that they took care of everything and got Conner all bandaged up and took him to the hospital and everything. Now holy cow I felt so bad that they had to take care of all that, and that they even took it upon themselves to deal with all of this(not knowing it was a joke yet, I was freaking out)But anyway, then Jess broke and had to tell me that this was not for real, she couldn't hold it in any longer, I would have kept believing seriously!!! She is so hilarious, and then after I found out the somewhat disappointing news that this was all a joke, I couldn't stop laughing about it, even later that night, I was just giggling!!! But the funny thing about being disappointing, I know this is going to sound terrible, but I have never had a kid that has had a broken an arm or leg and had to get a cast on. So I was kind of looking forward to signing a cast for my kid!!! Is that the stupidest thing ever, what terrible mom I am!!! Now I will probably jinks myself! Well anyway, it was a great prank and Conner played it very well, he even looked a little pale. It was a great prank Betz family, thanks for the Fun!!
